Job Description: We are currently seeking a diligent and analytical Staff Accountant with a focus on Revenue and Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and implementing effective accounts receivable strategies. This role requires a high level of precision and a strong analytical aptitude to ensure the integrity of our financial processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Essential: Experience with NetSuite.
- Proven experience in a similar financial role.
- Accurately generate compliant customer invoices in line with agreements.
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging reports; actively follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Develop and maintain effective collection strategies to improve cash flow.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in the financial records.
- Ensure the accurate and timely recognition of revenue by company policies and U.S. GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and conduct variance analyses.
- Participate in special projects as directed by the Revenue and Accounts Receivable Manager or Controller.
