Immediate opportunity for an experienced, Hands-On Construction Controller in Woodstock, GA. This growing construction industry client will provide a base salary of up to $125K (Depending on Experience), plus benefits and perks. *This would be an In Office position.

- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Construction Industry Experience Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work with CEO and leadership team to relook and redefine accounting processes and controls.
- Cashflow Forcasting
- Update cash flow weekly 10wks out
- Update job forecasting weekly or monthly
- Understand cash flow and cash needs before each project starts.
- AR, minus retainage, is less than 45days
- Banking Relationships/Treasury
- Budgeting
- Company Insurance Compliance
- Financial Reporting and Tax Preparation
