Senior Accountant / CPA Candidate
Organization: Atlanta-Based Non-Profit (Faith-Based)
Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote once trained)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
Job Description: We are a faith-based non-profit organization looking for a Senior Accountant or CPA Candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Support audits and tax preparations
Qualifications:
- CPA certification or CPA candidate preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in non-profit accounting is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home once you learn the system
