HR Specialist with QuickBooks ProficiencyOur esteemed client, positioned in proximity to the Braves Stadium, is in pursuit of a dedicated HR Specialist with QuickBooks expertise to enhance their team dynamics. The appointed HR Specialist will be primarily accountable to the company’s President/Owner. Core Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline the recruitment process.
- Draft and finalize employment agreements for recruits.
- Guarantee the prompt and efficient initiation of the employee induction process.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain and update all personnel records, ensuring accuracy and current data reflecting employment changes.
- Monitor and update employee remuneration structures as necessary.
- Support management by providing necessary HR-related assistance.
- Payroll duties include verifying time reports and liaising with management and staff.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
- Attend relevant HR training and conferences to stay updated on industry practices.
- Assist in the execution of performance evaluations and update monthly recognition lists.
- Facilitate benefits administration as instructed.
- Manage financial transactions including cash reconciliations, deposits, collections, and ledger entries.
- Execute month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
- An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources policies and practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
